Ny alotha the walking city. The corruptor's End (defeat N'Zoth)

Ny'alotha, the Waking City: The Corruptor's End  Have completed all requirements for quedt to includesetting anchors.  when doing N'Zoth I'm in room alone, no NPC's and have battled it several time and the one shot does not happen, I end up dieing.  Is there a bug or what have watch the wowhead video and I don't see anything I'm not doing.
