Need help with my UI

ok, I could be wrong but I believe that is the Personal Resource Display.  If so, click on "Options" (on the red "?", where you will go to edit the UI), go to "Gameplay", then "Combat" it will be the first box to uncheck.  Let me know and if you see me in the game (my 1st Druid is called Luna Tick. Say it fast and you will get the joke  🤪) say "hi".
