Looks like the cloak and sword have been changed since the screenshot was taken though. Cloak seems to be the white-with-gold-border model, of which the easiest to get is Cloak of Swift Reprieve. Sword is definitely Twinblade of the Phoenix. [EDIT] Gloves look different as well, but I'm not quite sure which ones they are - I'm guessing Glorious Gauntlets of Crestfall.
