Leaving Guild

I left WoW due to a life changing event.  Brain surgery.  Anyhow I was away for a couple years and have forgotten how to leave a guild.  It seems I have accepted an invite to a guild with a couple hundred folks, and never anyone on when I am, maybe 1 person if I am lucky.  Can someone please let me know how to leave a guild. Please.
