It's been a bummer that Frostfire has been so poorly tuned in War Within that any frost mage who cares about dps has been forced into Spellslinger hero talents whether they want them or not.

The Ice Veins mage page says Frostfire is 15% worse than Spellslinger, but it hasn't been updated.
