Difference between DK UH blood elf and orc

Hi, i just wanna know if anyone can help me. I've been looking at some logs from wclogs between my blood elf UH DK and an orc UH DK from my guild. We've been raiding and basically we're the same ilvl/gs and somehow he had 2k+ str than me. We got almost the same items, the only difference between him and me is that im a blood elf and he's an orc.

I cant believe and/or accept that if i we're an orc i had 2+ str. So if anyone can help me with this I'd be grateful.
