Frost DK getting stunned when out of combat

Wierd issue!  My frost DK is questing around while leveling -currently 74.   He's getting 3 second stuns randomly ....it happens while in and out of combat and it doesn't seem related to any acitve buff or debuff.  I'm finding it very annoying and can't figure out how to avoid it or make it go away.  I've leveled several other toons  (warlock, hunter, priest and Demon Hunter) and none of them have experienced these random stuns....

Any ideas?
