Bangboo Trick or Treat: ZZZ Halloween Contest!

It is Trick or Treat time, and Halloween is also starting in New Eridu! Find out how to participate in the ZZZ Halloween Events, and try to win Polychromes and more!

Halloween in new Eridu is on its way, and Zenless Zone Zero is organising two different Halloween contests:

  • Make Your Own Halloween Photo Wall
  • Bangboo Trick or Treat

Both events are held from October 21st, 2024 until November 5th, 2024. 

In order to participate in any of those events, first head to the Official Event Page on Hoyolab. On there you will find the templates you have to download for both Events. Once you have those, follow the next steps:

  • Make Your Own Halloween Photo Wall:
    • Save the Photo Wall Template from the Hoyolab Event Website
    • Unleash your creativity by adding photos/paintings/stickers to it. it can be hand-drawn artwork, or photos taken in or out of the game. Filters can be added, but no AI-generated work, or AI processed works will be accepted
    • Post your work on social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram with the hashtags #zzzero #NewEriduHalloween. Make sure your Profiles are Public
    • Click the following link to the Official Submission Form and fill out your informations
    • Winners will be announced after November 12th, 2024. 300 Proxies will be chosen to win a Lucky Prize and 300 Polychromes
       
  • Bangboo Trick or Treats:
    • Use the official template that you can download from the Hoyolab Event Post
    • Modify the Bangboo as you wish, around the Halloween theme. The image must be in JPG or PNG, and up to 20 MB in size. Unfinished sketches, pixel images, and videos will not be counted as submissions. No Ai art is allowed
    • Once your art is ready, post your work on social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram with the hashtags #zzzero #Hallowboo. Make sure your profiles are public
    • Click the following link to the Official Submission Form and fill out your informations
    • Evaluation period will be between November 6th, 20024 and November 27th, 2024. Winners will be announced after December 2nd, 2024

The Following rewards can be obtained from Bangboo Trick or Treats:

  • First Place (3 Winners): Polychrome ×5,000, Phone Stand - Bangboo Edition ×1, and Rug - Bangboo Edition ×1

  • Second Place (5 Winners): Polychrome ×2,000 and Phone Stand - Bangboo Edition ×1

  • Third Place (10 Winners): Polychrome ×1,000 and Zenless Zone Zero Merch Bundle ×1

  • Fourth Place (50 Winners): Polychrome ×300

      Zenless Zone Zero Monthly Revenue Beat all Odds!

      The month of December has been quite good for Zenless Zone Zero! Here is a view at the monthly revenue for gacha games!
      During December, Zenless Zone Zero has seen quite an impressive increase in revenue: going from 20,290,000$ in November, up to over 57,000,000$ in December!

      This has caused the game to beat both Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact for revenue in December 2024!
      This is likely due to Hoshimi Miyabi, as many players where waiting for her! The only game beating ZZZ in December 2024 seems to be Love and Deepspace! The rest of gacha games had a largely lower income showing that Zenless Zone Zero is more than capeable of topping charts.

      Astra Yao and Evelyn Latest Changes!

      Latest leaks have revealed a few changes made to Astra yao and Evelyn's kits! Here is everything you need to know!
      The version 1.5 beta has revealed that both upcoming agents, Astra Yao and Evelyn Chevalier have received some changes! 
      Astra Yao has received multiple modifications to her kit, you can read it in details on the following reddit post. The biggest change is that she has gained more utility, and her damage boost was a bit nerfed:
      Evelyn has received a few minor changes only, mostly values changes. The most major one is the slight buff on her passives:

      Zenless Zone Zero has released the first Music Production Episode! Witness how the amazing soundtrack of the game came together!
      The Zenless Zone Zero music production team's first behind-the-scenes video is now live!
      Discover how the music of New Eridu is created, and learn more about how your favorite Agent's signature sounds came to life through the San-Z's music producers!

      Inside the video, you can discover how the latest Agent's theme songs came to be, as well as how upcoming agent Astra Yao's signature song was made! You can also have a preview on what seems to be a new zone for 1.5:
      Whether it is the inside of the Cinema, or a complete new zone is unknown, but it seems it is where Astra is holding her concerts!

      First Skin for Zenless Zone Zero?

      Latest leaks are showing a first possible skin in Zenless Zone Zero! Find out for who and when here!
      Hoyoverse is known for adding skins in their games. Honkai Impact 3rd has many skins, and Genshin Impact receives a few skins each year as well. Only Honkai Star Rail is missing out on skins currently.
      It seems that for Zenless Zone Zero they have decided to add skins! The latest leaks for version 1.5 of the game have discovered an upcoming skin for Nicole Demara!

      Nicole is a character that we encounter regularly in the game, and one of our first agents, so it makes sense she is the first one to receive a skin.
