Zenless Zone Zero's first anniversary is close, and recent leaks revealed a wave of exciting rewards for players to celebrate the occasion! Here is what you can expect from the anniversary event!
Thanks to recent leaks around Zenless Zone Zero's first anniversary, we now have a good idea of what HoYoverse is preparing for us. According to trusted sources on Reddit, the anniversary celebration will be packed with free goodies, including high-tier rewards, login bonuses, and more during the anniversary event:
Zenless Zone Zero officially launched on July 4, 2024, so we can expect the anniversary events to start around early July 2025. While HoYoverse has not formally announced the full anniversary roadmap yet, the leaks hint that preparations are already underway, and we can look forward to several bonuses.
Thanks to recent leaks posted by palito and others in the Zenless Zone Zero Leaks subreddit, here is a breakdown of what you can look forward to during the anniversary:
1600 Polychromes (enough for 10 pulls) Free S-Rank Agent Selection Free S-Rank W-Engine Selection Login bonuses featuring: Master Tapes (used for standard banners) Boopons (for Bangboos) Other celebration items and possibly cosmetics Anniversaries in HoYoverse games are typically major events, and it seems Zenless Zone Zero's first birthday will be no different. Whether you're looking to strengthen your roster with a new S-Rank Agent, power up with a top-tier W-Engine, or just enjoy a bunch of free rewards, this anniversary is set to be a must-play moment.
While the chances are the free S-Rank agent will only be from the Standard banner, we do remember the Zenless Zone Zero devs talking about an upcoming free agent during a livestream. It may be one of the new 2.0 agents! However, those are only suppositions, and nothing is confirmed yet.
We will keep you updated as soon as HoYoverse officially confirms the details, but for now, it's looking like July is going to be a fantastic month for ZZZ players!

With version 2.0 right around the corner, HoYoverse is revealing plenty of new and intriguing agents! After Yixuan, another Yunkui Summit agent has been introduced: Pan Yinhu!
Pan Yinhu is known for his boundless energy and extreme stubbornness. One thing's for sure: he never fights on an empty stomach!
"Even plants know to feed from the soil and drink dew — there’s no way we can practice on an empty stomach!"

With the new drip marketing reveal for upcoming agent Yixuan, we finally have confirmation that she will introduce a brand-new specialty and element! Here is everything we know so far!
HoYoverse has just dropped their latest drip marketing, and it's none other than Yixuan! The leader of Yunkui Summit will be arriving in Version 2.0, bringing with her a brand-new specialty and element to Zenless Zone Zero.
According to the latest 2.0 beta leaks, Yixuan's specialty is Rupture and her element is Auric Ink.
Auric Ink could hint at a new type of Ether element, much like how Miyabi's Frost element slightly differs from the standard Ice element.
As for the Rupture specialty, the name suggests a mechanic related to breaking or shattering, similar to the Break Effect system seen in Honkai Star Rail, but for now, no official details have been confirmed.
Yixuan is described as a lonely figure, possibly tied to the nature of her powers, which makes the ones close to her worried. Pan Yinhu and Yixuan's disciples also seem to be rather scared of her "look", something we'll likely see in the upcoming story.
However, Yixuan is also deeply protective. As she says:
"Those who enter my sanctuary shall find their troubles lifted."

Zenless Zone Zero has dropped Vivian's demo trailer, and it's a heartfelt letter to her favorite Proxie, Lord Phaethon! Here is everything you need to know about the agent, her banner, and more!
The highly anticipated new agent for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7 Phase One, Vivian, will officially be available on April 23, 2025. Her banner will run until May 14, 2025, so make sure to grab her while you can!
Vivian is an S-Rank Ether Anomaly agent who is particularly good when paired with other Anomaly characters like Miyabi, Jane Doe, or Yanagi. For support, her best synergy is with Astra, offering both safety and strong boosts.

This trailer takes a personal turn as it's presented as a direct letter from Vivian to Lord Phaethon. The video hints at Vivian's mysterious connection to the Proxies, implying that Phaethon may have helped her in the past — though, until now, she only knew them through the screens. More details might be revealed in the upcoming story chapters, so stay tuned for updates!

It's your last opportunity to pull for Trigger in Zenless Zone Zero before her banner switches out! If you've had your eye on this Stun Electric agent, now is the time to grab her — she won't be back until a future rerun banner!
If you have Soldier 0 Anby, Trigger provides the ideal support. She excels at dealing Aftershock DMG and serves as a reliable off-field stunner who doesn't take away field time from your main DPS agents. On top of that, she's easy to build and doesn't require heavy investment in premium gear to perform well.
The downside? Trigger doesn't slot neatly into every squad — at least for now. Her best setup is, of course, the Aftershock Squad alongside Soldier 0 Anby and Astra Yao. She's also a great off-field support for agents who demand a lot of field time themselves, like Soldier 11 or Anton.

Vivian's Banner Starts This Week
Right after Trigger leaves, it's Vivian's time to shine! She will be joining the Exclusive Channel banner pool in just a few days. Vivian is an Ether Anomaly agent from Mockingbird, and she's Lord Phaethon's number one fan and sworn protector!
Vivian is a beginner-friendly agent who delivers impressive off-field damage. She generates Feather Stacks through multiple sources and, like Trigger, doesn't need premium gear to be effective. Her main drawback is that her Energy can feel a bit restrictive, and without Astra Yao on your team, her gameplay might feel clunky.
Vivian's best teams pair her with Astra Yao and agents like Miyabi, Jane Doe, or Yanagi.
