Evelyn Chevalier is one of the two new upcoming agents. She is also part of the new Stars of Lyra faction, together with Astra Yao!
No singer can walk alone unprotected, and this is why Evelyn is here to protect Astra Yao. Evelyn is a Fire Attack agent. 
She is described as unyielding, sharp, decisive, and never leaves openings for a rebuttal. No one gets closer to Ms. Yao than Evelyn. 
She makes sure that Astra Yao can have some personal time, and that she is safe. Anyone suspicious will be spotted by Evelyn and taken care of!
Other people are wondering if Evelyn was some sort of detective or public security officer, before becoming Astra Yao's Manager. We may find out more about her during 1.5, so stay tuned!
