Years of war changes (PS4)

So, in s34, only 19 sets count towards the years of war conquest.  For example, for DH, the unhallowed essence set does not count.  None of the Necromancer sets count to this conquest.  This makes it very difficult to complete the conquest.  Furthermore, given the other conquests, this makes it exceedingly difficult to complete the seasonal journey.

I have completed each and every seasonal journey since s10 when seasons came to the consoles.  Usually within the first week of the season (I am a solo player, so it does take me longer than the group players).  

Previous seasons, the year of war conquest was doable by completing GR55 with UE, M6, N6, and S6 DH sets and I'd typically do the Witch Doctor Arachys and Helltooth harness for the final 2 sets.  

Can anyone confirm what sets are required for the PC version of the game?  

I am on console, so I don't have a forum account, and I don't do social media.  Blizzard doesn't take bug reports for console players, Sony blames Blizzard (rightly so, it is Blizzard's game) and Blizzard blames Sony (it's on their platform).  The player gets shafted and bugs like this don't get resolved.  I am curious to see if the PC version of the game has had this changed, or if the PC version of the game shows the original list of allowable sets to complete this conquest.
