Atlantic 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2014 So the current Best in Slot list on Icy Veins puts Bileslinger's Censer behind Maw of Souls despite the off hand having Crit & Haste, which are the two best secondary stats to most of the holy paladin community at the moment.
