I really like th feel of this class aswell, I was wondering however, how likely is it that Windwalker will get the nerfbat at say 6.0.1? Meowsus 1 Report post Posted December 15, 2014 (edited) I highly doubt monks would get nerfed so bad that they still wouldnt be on the top on charts. The reason i think this is because a lot of the logs posted include Touch of Death which alters how much sustained dps a monk is pulling. I also think that the only reason they are high up on the charts is because they are highly mobile, just as hunters are. I mean come on every time I Fist of Fury while running all I can think of is Torque from Borderlands 2 saying "PUNCH HIM SO HARD HE EXPLODES!". But anyways, we can stay on the boss longer than some classes and it really helps to be able to do that. Not an expert or anything, just my personal opinion. Hilarious since we get nerfed every week lately (just got another 5% reduction to EVERYTHING today via Stance nerf.) Monks are a lot of fun to play - they're mobile and putting the combos together is very satisfying. That will always be true for me no matter how much they nerf or buff us. Warlocks are to damaged for us to run three and of the three warlocks I'm the best candidate to change. Overall I have to say Blizzards balancing this xpack is totally shite. The first tier is normally screwed up but this is one of the worst I've been though.
