looking for some pointers

So I think I pull some "ok" dps, but im looking for some tips to help me lead the pack ,so to speak.  I pull about 19k dps on butcher normal, and on heroic it goes down a little, to about 17.5k.  My raid leader keeps telling us couple hunters that we need to fix our rotations because we should be topping the meter with the ww monk. Just looking for some suggestions/tips (and the gloves and tank ring werre a small dps boost over the 630 gloves and ring I had, even with the mail set bonus loss).

The ring is sorta acceptable but not the leather gloves.  The mail bonus is 5% agi, which is a lot more than you think.  You LOST about 50 Agility by not wearing the 630 gloves by loosing the mail armor set.

As for the log:

22/23 possible uses of Chimaera shot, very good here.

83.6% uptime on sniper training is a bit low, I assume you're the trigger here then?

You focus capped during blood lust, which is bad.  

Here's a comparison of your log vs. mine from last week.

My kill was 20s longer, so I am taking this into account.  I am also 1 ilvl lower than you are in this report.

In the same amount of time:

I had more chimaera shot damage (equal number of uses).

I had more AMoC damage (equal number of uses).

I had more GT damage with less number of uses.

I had more Aimed shot uses and less steady shot uses.
