I LOATHE MM! It's too boring and the loss of my pet not only feels weird but there's just so many talents and abilities that are no longer an option or just flat out don't work at all when using Lone Wolf. If you really hate MM that much, Survival is a perfectly viable alternative right now, but it is definitely pulling 10%-12% DPS less than MM (pre SS buff). If you are fine with losing the DPS, do it. Jury is still out on what the buffs will do for BM/SV, but I wouldnt expect much. I'll personally be waiting for the buffs to make it into simulationcraft to make that determination. Yeah I actually went BM for Brackenspore since I was on flamethrower duty (not any more though) and out ranged the boss much of the time but KC was always there for me. ;) I just want to raid BM again but I can't justify losing that much DPS on progression fights where doing the most DPS possible really matters. If we were all geared and the bosses were on farm, then yeah... I'd play BM because I find it fun to play. Words cannot express how much I hate MM right now. Just because it's like that for one person doesn't mean it will be the same for you. if you are geared for MM, then you won't do as good at SV without having a separate gearset that is geared for SV. Sargerik 5 Report post Posted December 18, 2014 Agreed but what I took away from it that the specs are now closer together as far as dps goes with the recent hotfixes and no longer is MM head and shoulders above the other 2 specs ASSUMING you are geared correctly for those specs .
