I always do: Incarnation Wrath + Pot Starsurge 0s: CA+Moonfire Starfires etc. The interface is not an addon pack, it's a few simple addons, namely Weakauras and Shadowed Unit Frames. I have a weak aura that displays the info as text, and DBM + VEM plugin for the voice / HudMap notifications.
