Problem with stats choice

I'll get my pvp staff next week (660) and i was wondering which choice was the best for affli :

Crit/Mastery or Haste/Multistrike, I was tempted by taking the second one but the fact that there is no Mastery on it annoys me a bit.

And the first one (crit/mastery) could help me a lot in Pve since im playing destruction and Crit/Mastery is my bis in this spec.

 

Well taking the second (haste/multi) could help me when I switch affli for some bosses (like Twins or Butcher) and I'm not even sure that it's the best for affli with no mastery. But i still play destruction most of the time. It could also help if Affliction become WAAY better than than destro in Pve but well.

 

Didn't mention that I was a bit sad for enchanting my 655 weapon that i will probably replace for 660pvp or 670 in HM mode soon :S

Yes, although it depends on the 2 secondary stats, assuming there identical on both bits, as long as the int diff is less than ~20 i would say use the socket, otherwise use whatever has the best stats

All you need here is a little logic, a pencil, and some paper. 

 

Literally, do this:

 

660 Staff

Intellect = ???

Secondary Stat 1 = ???

Secondary Stat 2 = ???

 

655 Staff

Intellect = ???

Secondary Stat 1 = ???

Secondary Stat 2 = ???

Gem = ??

 

Add them up - compare - make decision.

Yea, you're right Zagam, thank you, but it wasn't the main point of my topic.

 

My main question is : Is it worth to take the Haste/Multi Staff for affli (pvp) even tough it has no Mastery on it, or should I take the Crit/Mastery one SO I can use it for Destro pve also :)

Take the crit/mastery one. If you decide on changing specs mastery is 1st or 2nd best choice for each spec. The loss of haste wont greatly affect your dps, especially since only your offhand has haste you'll gain on all your stats just lose 52 haste.

I was trying to help you decide because I'm not qualified to make decisions about PvP.  I'm sure the PvP theorycrafters have MUCH more intellect about this situation than I do.
