Elemental weapon enchant.

Which weapon enchant should I use, Enchant Weapon - Mark of the Frostwolf or Enchant Weapon - Mark of the Thunderlord Mr robot tells me the thunderlord one is better. But I will not reach over 100% multistrike with Frostwolf so I dont know which one to pick since the multi strike is over crit.

Multistrike is our best second stats. So, im current using frostwolf

Use Frostwolf until you get closer to 100% Multistrike.  When you get there, switch to Thunderlord.
