Checking if I'm doing okay

So, I'm one of those people who tries to be "decent" at every role(tank, healing, DPS) and I definitely think tanking is my weakest. 

I just ran Skyreach on heroic and logged it, and I want to just see if I'm doing okay with tanking.

I realise it's only one dungeon, so if you need more, then I'm happy to run a few more 5-mans or even jump into... LFR,
