Hazemat 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2015 I'm a little confused on what is the most optimal talent overall for the level 75 row for the ret pally. I see a lot of paladins, most notably top paladins rocking Divine Purpose. Is there a huge benefit to this talent? I personally use Holy Avenger and it kind of feels like the black sheep of the talent row and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong here. DP is widely considered superior for heavy AoE/cleave fights (Twin Ogron, Kargath if on crowd duty) where the procs can be put towards extra DSes. HA is good for fights that require significant burst over a short duration (Tectus is one where I've heard of people swapping to HA/FV to nuke Motes). SW is typically the generic winner on the majority of fights due to the high amount of sustained damage it brings through increased Wings duration and more frequent usage of HoW for the duration.
