FrazVon 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2015 I joined a new guild with a new toon and when I typed 'hi all' this morning I was told I did not have permission to do this. The thing is I was chatting to everyone for the previous two days and never had 'permission' issues. Is this something to do with ranking? I am a recently returned gamer. Archimage 98 Report post Posted January 11, 2015 When joining a guild, you are by default at the lowest rank. Each rank has it's own set of rules (Guild Bank Access, Chat Access, etc). So if you were "promoted" overnight, certain rights will change. You can look at your guild roster and see what rank you are in and whisper a officer/GM for your rights.
