Major Glyphs

• Glyph of Hemorrhaging Veins Your Hemorrhage also triggers the 20% 25% damage bonus from Sanguinary Vein. Major Glyph.

I am not following that formula for combat eviscerate, however I am assuming its a buff as rogues are relatively low right now, so I am all for it.  I just don't think a pure dps class should by middling to low end on the charts.
