Skrub 7 Report post Posted January 16, 2015 (edited) Chucking some logs up so people can laugh at the Skrub mage and tell me I'm bad For srs though, if you can see any improvements to be made, i'm all ears. Armory: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/khazgoroth/Skrub/simple Most recent logs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/YqWZgdvBcLPKnHGN#type=damage-done&fight=6 For these fights I didn't have my current weapon, only had a 630 multistrike wand and a 665 offhand. Hoping with the upgrade that I'll now have some better damage. Oh and normally the blazing speed is Ice Floes. ~Edit: Just noticed I forgot to enchant my ring after it upgraded to 690. I'll get on that... -Skrub Edited January 16, 2015 by Skrub
Oltier 471 Report post Posted January 16, 2015 Cast much more Ice Nova and Water Jet, don't waste FoF procs, position your Crystal a bit better (it should've done more damage) use your Ice Nova's on it. Don't waste BF procs. For Butcher get Alter Time + Ice Floes so you have 0% downtime in DPSing. Other than these, I don't see any glaring problems.

Butcher I'm one of the people who swaps in and out of the 2 melee groups, so normally I just blink in and out of the group. I could try IF since I should be able to get far enough during one frostbolt cast.
Oltier 471 Report post Posted January 16, 2015 In that case it's fine, but yes. You should be able to do it with IF, but the best would be to save 1 FoF for when you have to move. (obviously, not when you need to cast it on PC) I didn't consider that you might be running in and out, we just have 3 hunters having fun with that.. Skrub 7 Report post Posted January 16, 2015 Nah, I stand in melee range getting hit with cleave cause bashing the butcher with my staff does pro dps :P On Butcher, Brackenspore, and Koragh I basically become the 2nd hunter and get all the fun jobs. Oltier 471 Report post Posted January 16, 2015 Considering these, you are doing fine.. :) I'd use my Ra'sha sacrifical dagger if I had to do those jobs... :D Too bad it doesn't work on lvl100 :(

Berlinia 168 Report post Posted January 19, 2015 I did the walking in and out of mellee and as the minimum range to stand is like 10 yards, you can easily cover that distance with one IF + Frostbolt
Skrub 7 Report post Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) Alright butcher is dead. https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/aHj3MTVbW1J2nYrC#fight=11&type=damage-done Have had a bit of a look myself. Wow my FoF munching is abysmal. Anything else of note? **was doing the hunter thing again** Edited January 25, 2015 by Skrub
