Windwalker enchants

Been simming stuff and I'm getting conflicting results.

Mark of the Shattered Hand pulling ahead of Frostwolf.

That in itself seems to be kinda understandable because Frostwolf is only supposed to get better with loads of mythic gear.

 

Then I check the guide and it says Frostwolf is the way to go.

Then I check the armory of the guy who made the guide and he is using Thunderlord.

 

Now I've checked some MMO champ thread and I see this kind of result.

How can Thunderlord pull ahead of Frostwolf? Multistrike should be better than Crit all of the time.
