Basin of Unnumbered Flames Pyroculus Locations and Route Guide
The Basin of Unnumbered Flames is the primary hub area for Natlan in Genshin Impact. This guide provides an overview of where to find the Pyroculus in the area.
Basin of Unnumbered Flames Pyroculus Guide
The Basin of Unnumbered Flames is one of the four starting areas of Natlan. There are a total of 10 Pyroculus available in this area.
It is recommended to complete the Archon Quest first before going out of your way to collect any Pyroculus. However, no World Quests are required to obtain any of the Pyroculus in the current area.
The Pyroculus in the Basin are very few and far between compared to the other Natlan areas. As such, players are highly recommended to use the teleport waypoints as much as possible when searching, as well as the local Tepetlisaurus, Yumkasaurus, or Koholasaurus. Alternatively, players can also use Natlan-exclusive characters who have a Nightsoul's Blessing.

#1 On top of a rock pillar surrounding the Statue of Seven
#2 On top of a rock pillar near the waypoint
#3 Southwest of the closest waypoint, indwell a Yumkasaur or use a Scion of the Canopy
#4 From #3, fly down the nearby waterfall
#5 From the waypoint, cross the bridge looking downwards. Fly down or indwell a Tepetlisaurus
#6 From the waypoint, indwell a Yumkasaur or use a Scion of the Canopy
#7 Indwell a Tepetlisaurus or Children of the Echoes to travel upwards; Additional elevation, Phlogiston energy, or maximum Stamina may be required
#8 Break open the Phlogiston rock with a Children of the Echoes character. Tepetlisaurus may find it difficult to travel across the water.
#9 From the waypoint, fly towards the Flying Squirrel
#10 From #9, fly towards the westmost giant tree and climb up
What are Pyroculus Used for?
Pyroculus such as the ones located in the Tequemecan Valley can be used to upgrade the Statues of the Seven. This provides players with Primogems, Pyro Sigils, Mora, Adventure EXP and more!
