Hydro Sigil Souvenir Shop in Genshin Impact
Once you reach the maximum level of 50 for the Fountain of Lucine, Bertin's House of Curiosities becomes available to you as an additional way to spend your Hydro Sigils in Fontaine.
Bertin's House of Curiosities can be found in north of the Court of Fontaine close to the Adventurers' Guild. Speaking to Mequignon will allow you to purchase Mora, Weapon Ascension Materials and Furnishings.

Infinite Weapon Upgrade Materials
Unlike previous Sigil shops, Bertin's House of Curiosities provides you with an unlimited amount of Weapon Upgrade Materials assuming you have the sigils.
If you are not struggling for Mora, i would definitely recommend choosing the Upgrade Materials over the Mora.
