2.

Hyperbloom Kuki Build

Hyperbloom is the reaction where Kuki works best and is one of the best Electro characters for Hyperbloom. She has great Electro application as well as being a healer therefore fitting 2 roles at the same time.

  2. Elemental Burst
  3. Normal Attack

Due to how Hyperbloom works, you want to go all-in on Elemental Mastery for your stats to increase Hyperbloom damage with HP increasing Kuki's healing. This is also reflected in which weapons perform best for Kuki with Freedom-Sworn and Xiphos' Moonlight being some of her best weapons.

Flower of Paradise Lost serves as Kuki's optimal set for maximizing Hyperbloom damage. Gilded Dreams works decently as a second choice, with the Gilded Dreams domain providing efficient artifact farming.

3.

Aggravate Kuki

Using Kuki alongside another Electro character allows for strong Aggravate reactions to occur with other Dendro characters. Kuki specifically is important to create the Quicken Aura for Aggravate to then occur from.

    5. HP
Talent Priority
  1. Elemental Skill
  2. Elemental Burst
  3. Normal Attack

Both Gilded Dreams and the 2-piece sets perform very similarly so your best choice can depend on what substats and rolls each piece has or what artifacts you intend to farm. You can easily obtain Thundering Fury via the artifact strongbox while farming for other characters making it a comfortable choice.

With another Electro character, you want around 120-150% Energy Recharge, being on the lower end of that if you have C2 and C4. With Raiden Shogun however, you do not need any ER.

4.

Pure Healer Kuki Build

Building Kuki as a healer still allows her to reliably create Elemental Reactions while having a lower investment and much stronger healing. The only downside being that her damage is much lower but you instead gain a lot of survivability.

  2. Elemental Burst
  3. Normal Attack

Favonius Sword is great as a pure healer because it helps improve Kuki's supportive capabilities by providing energy to the rest of the team therefore lowering their Energy Requirements as well as her own. You do often want a CRIT Rate Circlet however to help trigger the passive. If you are not using Favonius Sword you do not need to prioritise CRIT Rate.

Tenacity of the Millelith helps to increase Kuki's healing as well as buffing the team further with the 4-piece set bonus.

Combos and How to Play Kuki Shinobu

Kuki is easy to play with her Elemental Skill, Sanctifying Ring using a portion of her HP to heal whoever is currently on the field as well as dealing Electro damage to nearby enemies.

Gyoei Narukami Kariyama Rite deals Electro damage in a circle and lasts longer if Kuki's HP is below 50%. Both of these are important to her Electro Application.

Often, you only want to quickly swap Kuki in to apply Sanctifying Ring before swapping back to other characters to both maintain healing while trying to ensure her HP stays below 50%.

6.

Kuki's Best Team Comps

Kuki has a range of potential team compositions centred around her various builds which focus on Dendro reactions. In these teams she always plays the role of a support providing great healing and Electro application to these teams.

6.1.

Kuki Hyperbloom Teams

Main DPS Sub DPS Sub DPS Support
Nahida Xingqiu Yelan Kuki Shinobu
Alhaitham Nahida Yelan Kuki Shinobu

Hyperbloom teams always want at least one Dendro character, one Hydro character, and one Electro character. These slots are incredibly flexible with Hyperbloom dealing strong amounts of damage as long as reactions are taking place. Kuki is incredibly important in these teams with her regular Electro application reacting with Dendro Cores and dealing damage.

6.2.

Kuki Aggravate Teams

Main DPS Sub DPS Sub DPS Support
Yae Miko Nahida Kaedehara Kazuha Kuki Shinobu

Unlike Hyperbloom teams, Aggravate teams want a second Electro character to make use of the quicken aura to increase the teams total damage output. They will often be a main DPS to contrast with Kuki using characters such as Yae, Cyno, even Fischl or Lisa.

6.3.

Superconduct Eula Team

Main DPS Sub DPS Sub DPS Support

Superconduct is one of the many teams Kuki can play when focused moreso as a support. Utilising Superconduct's ability to lower physical resistance can allow characters like Eula to deal high damage.
