5.4 Livestream Redemption Codes
3 Redemption codes were available in patch 5.4’s livestream. These are:
- 1. GISpecialProgram54 – 100 Primogems + 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- 2. Mizuki0212Mizuki – 100 Primogems + 5 Hero’s Wit
- 3. AisaBathhouse – 100 Primogems + 50,000 Mora
Introducing Yumemizuki Mizuki
Yumemizuki Mizuki is the new 5-Star releasing in patch 5.4, a Shareholder of Aisa Bathouse as well as a Clynical Psychologist. Players will even be able to visit the bathhouse in 5.4.
Mizuki is an Anemo character able to increase Swirl damage for the entire party entering her Dreamdrifer state using her Elemental Skill. Mizuki’s Elemental Burst pulls in enemies and creates a Mini-Baku on-field to deal more Anemo damage and deals different effects depending on the HP of the on-field character. In Mizuki’s Dreamdrifter state, she can even float!
Version 5.4 Banners and Reruns
The 5.4 Phase 1 banners feature of course Yumemizuki Mizuki as well as Sigewinne lasting from the 12th of February until Phase 2 on the 4th of March. Mizuki will also be a Standard Banner character starting in version 5.5.
Phase 2 then begins on the 4th of March and features Furina, the Hydro Archon and also Wriothesley, a Cryo DPS.
Who Should You Pull for in Version 5.4?Patch 5.4 Weapons
2 New weapons have been announced for version 5.4. Sunny Morning Sleep-In which is a 5-Star Signature Catalyst Weapon for Mizuki as well as Tamayuratei no Ohanashi, a 4-Star event Polearm.
Story Quests in Patch 5.4
Yumemizuki Mizuki‘s Story Quest: Tapirus Somniator Chapter: Act 1 will be available. As with recent character story quests, a collection of character ascension materials will be available to assist with levelling Mizuki.
Quality of Life Adjustments
A selection of QoL adjustments are coming in patch 5.4. This includes the following:
- Story Keys will no longer be required to unlock Story Quests
- Training Guide updates to include material tracking and customisation options
- Condensed Resin will be more visible
- Items such as ascension materials will list how many are craftable
- You no longer need to leave the Talent interface to swap characters
- Element filters in the Character List on PC
- Weapon filtering adjustments as well as recommended attributes
- Updates to the Serenitea Pot to allow you to craft without speaking to Tubby
Patch 5.4 Events
Patch 5.4 release with 5 new exciting events providing players with more rewards and even an exclusive event weapon!
Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival
The Mikawa Festival is back! This event revolves around a 48-hour game fest with the minigames of this event being based on the games made by different characters such as the game made by Kokomi and Mizuki called “A Little Fox’s Daydream”. Bunshin Phantasm is a puzzle-style game while Akitsu Harpastum is a spin on the Ludi Harpastum minigame.
This event is the flagship event of patch 5.4 and even features a new weapon: Tamayuratei no Ohanashi. Tamayuratei no Ohanashi is a new 4-Star polearm where you can unlock both this weapon and refinement materials.
Invasive Fish Wrangler
Invasive Fish Wrangler is a new fishing event. Travelers need to head to specific fishing zones, including Co-Op and Fish-Off modes. Competitive fishing is here! This fishing mode is a little different however as seen below. Instead of regular fishing, you cast out a net with controls similar to the Omni-Ubiquity Net.
Realm of Tempered Valor
This is the combat event for patch 5.5. Realm of Tempered Valor has 25 floors in each challenge where you must complete each floor within 30 seconds. Ascending to higher floors even allows you to grant buffs to friends who can do the same to you. This Event has a solo or Co-Op mode.
Reel Ad-Venture
Xavier, the filmmaker returns for the Reel Ad-Venture event allowing you to edit footage that Xavier has already recorded. Piece together the scenes however you want to build interesting cuts and gain Primogems.
Travelers’ Tales: Anthology Chapter
Travelers’ Tales: Anthology Chapter is a new event allowing you to meet with various playable characters in the open world. This event is a trial run for potential future content. Hopefully, this means one day we will be regularly able to see playable characters going about their day.
