Genshin Impact is finally giving us something we never knew we desperately needed: a tall Anemo man. Yes, you heard that right. Ifa, the upcoming Anemo Character from Natlan, is bringing the winds of change.
For years, we have been twirling through Mondstadt, Liyue, and beyond, watching the Anemo element be dominated by short kings and their short Archon. Meanwhile, the tall male roster has been offering everything but Anemo. But as Venti once said, the Wind will always guide us, and it finally guided us to Ifa!
Tall Anemo Representation: A Dream Come True
With Ifa’s arrival, we Anemo mains will no longer have to rely on pocket-sized DPS units, wandering around pretending we can also reach the top-shelf.
The community is already talking about Ifa’s playstyle, but let’s be honest! The real question on everyone’s mind is: how many meters will his skill yeet enemies into the air? And more importantly, will he finally give Xiao some competition in the “coolest Anemo mid-air plunge” category?
What We Know About Ifa’s Abilities
While HoYoverse has yet to release official details about Ifa’s skill set, leaks and community discussions suggest that he may be a support character with potential healing abilities.
Given his background as a veterinarian specializing in Saurians, it is possible that his in-game abilities could involve something related to healing or supporting the team in some ways.
He is also from Natlan, so he will most likely have some exploration ability as well. We had Chasca and her flying canon, but Ifa will probably do something very different.
However, without official confirmation, these speculations should be taken with a grain of salt.
