Upcoming in Genshin Impact version 5.5 is the new character Varesa! While her kit was already known, the latest leaks revealed some interesting changes that were made! Here is a short breakdown of everything that was updated!
The changes have been shared on the following Reddit post:
Varesa Passive Changes:
- Tag-Team Triple Jump: The shockwave DMG dealt when she hits the ground was increased from 25% to 60% of her ATK, and the ground impact DMG was increased from 50% to 150% of her ATK.
- The Hero Twice-Returned: Varesa’s ATK increases by 35% now (from 30% before).
- Night Realm’s Gift: A Torch That Incinerates Evil: While in an area with Phlogiston Mechanics within Natlan, when Varesa uses terrain differences to leap, she takes less fall damage.
Varesa’s Constellation Changes:
- C1 Undying Passion:
- When performing the Special Plunging Attack Thunderous Tornado Eruption, Varesa will also gain Rainbow Crash for 5s.
- When Rainbow Crash is in effect, Varesa’s Plunging Attack ground impact DMG is increased by 150% of her ATK
While those are minor changes, it still gives her more DMG, making her a powerful Plunge DPS!
