Who Are the Upcoming Characters in Genshin Impact Patch 5.4?
5.4 only releases with 1 new character, Yumemizuki Mizuki, a 5-Star Anemo Catalyst character. Mizuki should have a banner in 5.4 and then become a Standard Banner character afterwards.
What Are the New Weapons in Genshin Impact Patch 5.4?
Patch 5.4 comes with 2 new weapons. A signature weapon for Mizuki, New Year's Morning Hibernation and a 4-Star Event weapon called Brief Pavilion Chatter.

What Are the New Artifact Sets in Genshin Impact Patch 5.4?
5.4 does not have a new artifact set, no new artifact sets have been added since 5.0 still.
Travelers’ Tales: Anthology Chapter
Travelers’ Tales: Anthology Chapter is a new gameplay system added in patch 5.4 akin to Trust events in Zenless Zone Zero. This system allows you to witness "anecdotes" meaning you can finally interact with playable characters in Teyvat.
Not all characters will be available at the start, instead primarily characters from Mondstadt, Liyue and Inazuma are available. It is unknown exactly if this is a limited time event or a permanent content addition.
What are the Events in Patch 5.4 of Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact patch 5.4 features several main events. These are:
- Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival (Flagship Event)
- Invasive Fish Wrangler (Fishing Event)
- Realm of Tempered Valor (Combat Event)
- Reel Ad-Venture (Movie-Making Event)
The minor events provide players with the same rewards as other patches including Talent Material books, Weapon Ascension Materials and Primogems.
The Invasive Fish Wrangler event also provides players with a new Fish furnishing for your teapot while the Flagship Event provides a new 4-Star Polearm.
