Patch 5.4 Overview for Genshin Impact

Patch 5.4 of Genshin Impact, Moonlight Amidst Dreams features the release of 5-Star Anemo character Yumemizuki Mizuki, new weapons and brand new events such as a fishing event.

Patch 5.4 releases with 1 new character, Yumemizuki Mizuki as well as reruns for Sigewinne, Furina and Wriothesley. It is not currently known which 4-Stars will appear on the second half banners make sure to check our patch overview at a later date.

The character Story Quest for Yumemizuki Mizuki called Tapirus Somniator Chapter: Act I will be available. Character ascension materials for Mizuki will also be available as a reward for completing this quest.

There are no other questline additions coming in patch 5.4 such as a continuation of the Archon Quest or any big World Quests.

Patch 1.5 of Zenless Zone Zero introduces a range of updates including new endgame modes for Hollow Zero and the Endless Tower, arcade modes and a large amount of events.

Patch 5.4 releases with a range of new events for players to participate in. The flagship event is Inazuma-focused and called the Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival.

The Mikawa Festival is making its grand return, bringing a 48-hour game fest filled with minigames inspired by various in-game characters. Kokomi and Mizuki’s contribution, “A Little Fox’s Daydream,” takes center stage alongside “Bunshin Phantasm,” a puzzle-style challenge, and “Akitsu Harpastum,” which offers a fresh twist on the classic Ludi Harpastum minigame.

Players can look forward to obtaining a brand-new weapon, Tamayuratei no Ohanashi, a 4-Star polearm that becomes available with this event alongside its refinement materials as rewards throughout the event.

Invasive Fish Wrangler is a fresh fishing event that challenges Travelers to head to special fishing zones and compete in both Co-Op and Fish-Off modes. Rather than relying on the usual rod-and-reel methods, you’ll use a net with controls similar to the Omni-Ubiquity Net, adding a unique twist to the competitive angling experience.

Realm of Tempered Valor stands as the newest combat event in patch 5.5, offering 25 floors of increasingly difficult challenges that must each be cleared within 30 seconds.

Progressing to higher floors unlocks special buffs, which you can share with your friends—and they can return the favor by granting you their own. Whether you choose to tackle these trials alone or join forces in Co-Op mode, prepare for a swift and strategic climb to the top!

Xavier, the filmmaker, returns for the Reel Ad-Venture event, where you’ll have the chance to edit the footage he’s already recorded. By piecing together scenes however you like, you can create unique cuts that reflect your personal style and earn Primogems in the process.

Travelers’ Tales: Anthology Chapter offers a fresh opportunity to encounter various playable characters out in the open world. Interact with playable characters and earn rewards through these interactions.
