Additionally, there are two characters that give you Cecilias when interacting with them.
- Grace in Mondstadt city gives you 3 Cecilias the first time you choose the What are you doing? dialog option with her.
- Sharp on Starsnatch Cliff, in Mondstadt, gives you 5 Cecilias the first time you choose the What are you doing? dialog option with him. He only appears there during the night.
