Yumemizuki Mizuki Guide and Best Builds for Genshin Impact

Strengths

• Has their own self sustain that can also deal damage or heal other party members.
• Great in AoE-focused situations with many enemies.

Weaknesses

• Floats around not doing a lot during Mizuki's Elemental Skill.
• Because Mizuki can not attack during her Dreamdrifter state, she has less synergy with some powerful characters.

Yumemizuki Mizuki's best built as an on-field driver for Swirl who wants a lot of Elemental Mastery.

Yumemizuki Mizuki's best weapons aim to increase her Elemental Mastery, with her signature, Sunny Morning Sleep-In and A Thousand Floating Dreams generally being your best options. Starcaller's Watch is another good build option although Mizuki can not fully activate its effects. For most players, Sacrificial Fragments is going to be your best build option for Mizuki.

Mizuki should always be built using Viridescent Venerer, its huge for her. Even in teams where there are other Anemo characters, the other character should really be built with another artifact set. That being said, if your other Anemo character has seen heavy investment then use Gilded Dreams or 2 Piece EM artifacts.

Mizuki only needs Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge when building substats. Aim for around 140-160% Energy recharge although some teams may want higher.

Yumemizuki Mizuki is incredibly easy to play, her Elemental Skill Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage allows Mizuki to enter the Dreamdrifter state. This allows Mizuki to drift around and regularly deal Anemo every 0.75s while swirling every other hit.

This also increases the Swirl based on Mizuki's Elemental mastery. Mizuki is also unable to attack while in the Dreamdrifter state. All damage from Mizuki comes in the form of damage from her Elemental Skill. This state is extended when Swirls are triggered up to a total of 10 seconds in the state.

Yumemizuki Mizuki's Elemental Burst Anraku Secret Spring Therapy drops snacks on the ground near Mizuki. Anyone in the party can collect these snacks which have different effects based on their HP.

• HP > 70% - Deals AoE Anemo DMG
• HP < 70% - Provide healing based on Mizuki's EM
• Snack will also explode, dealing AoE Anemo DMG if ignored

If Mizuki picks up the snack, the healing effect is doubled. This provides Mizuki with a form of self-sustain while on-field.

To play Mizuki, her rotation would be the following:

• Use supports and swap to Mizuki
• Use Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage
• Use Anraku Secret Spring Therapy and float around while picking up snacks

Mizuki's best teams are generally based around Aggravate and Electro-Charged (taser) reactions. Mizuki has great synergy with characters such as Furina because Mizuki can generate Fanfare. At the same time Mizuki should not be played with characters who attack when Mizuki attacks such as Xingqiu because Mizuki is unable to attack in the Dreamdrifter state.

Some of Mizuki's best teams focus on the Electro-Charged reaction with Electro-Charged teams commonly being referred to as taser teams. The best Electro characters for this tend to be Fischl, Yae Miko and Ororon. Fischl is generally a better choice than Sangonomiya Kokomi due to her DMG buff however both are good options.

Mizuki can also be great in Aggravate teams. While your off-field Electro characters such as Fischl or Yae Miko are triggering aggravate. Mizuki will also be able to trigger high damage aggravates when swirling Electro onto other enemies with a quicken aura.

In a Burning team, Mizuki mostly relies on the damage of powerful units such as Mavuika and Emilie as well as Pyro swirls buffed by Mizuki's Elemental Mastery. These swirls then allow more burning to take place which allows Emilie to function correctly. Venti is also incredibly important to this team because Burning is actually an AoE, just with a very small radius making Venti important for grouping.
