General Comments
Book Wyrm is a card that can have a powerful effect on the game but is incredibly situational. Many Dragon cards are already quite awkward due to the need to have additional Dragons in hand, so adding an additional condition of needing a specific target on the board makes this card even more awkward.

Constructed Play
Book Wyrm can see play in a Dragon deck if the meta is right for it, but it should not be considered a staple inclusion due to how situational it is.

Arena
Book Wyrm is no longer available in Arena.
