Giant's Hearts Guide for Lost Ark: Locations, Rewards, and Tips

The Giant's Hearts collectibles offer valuable rewards such as twelve skill points and two masterpieces, alongside some other interesting account progression items.

Gathering them is not difficult, however, it requires patience and consistency as it takes a bare minimum of 30 days to complete 100% of this collectible.

The first Giant's Heart is obtained by finishing the quest "Five Scattered Brothers." You may receive this quest from the NPC Totoma located in Tortoyk > Mokoko Village.

This quest is the last in a chain of epic quests, so you must finish all the previous ones to get access to Five Scattered Brothers.

The chain starts with the quest "Reaching a Crossroads" from Totoma, which is unlocked once you finish the world story quest "There and Back Again."

The second Giant's Heart is acquired from Beatrice in Trixion. You can play Song of Trixion to get there.

You have to reach Rapport stage Friendly, which requires 32700 Rapport points.

The third Giant's Heart comes from reaching Rapport stage Trusted with Sasha in Origins of Stern.

The fourth Giant's Heart is a drop from field boss Tarsila in Lake Eternity.

Field bosses spawn according to Procyon's Compass, meaning some days have a field boss and some do not, and it needs a full claim to get the Giant's Heart drop.

The fifth Giant's Heart can be purchased from the NPC Mariner Rosa on Blackfang's Den island in exchange of 3300 Gienah's Coin.

The sixth Giant's Heart is purchased from the Illicit Marketeer NPC on Atlas Island, which can spawn in one of the three locations highlighted below:

The Giant's Heart costs 33000 pirate coins.

The seventh Giant's Heart is obtained after maxing out reputation from the Una's task "Taking on Tooki."

This Una's task asks you to kill King Tooki on Tooki Island, 30 times.

This is not a very good task to finish on your main, as it rewards silver for each completion, however, any alt at level 50 can finish this event and thus gain the reputation points. This can possibly be the longest Giant's Heart in terms of time spent, so getting this daily quest into your routine is a good idea.

The eighth Giant's Heart is purchased from Blackfang on Freedom Isle and it costs 4000 Gienah's Coin.

The ninth Giant's Heart is acquired after reaching Trusted Rapport stage with Blue-Eyed Calvasus.

He is located on the island Hypnos's Eyes right above Punika, and it takes 37900 Rapport points.

The tenth Giant's Heart is a reward from completing the 35th floor of the Shadespire tower dungeon. This can be done as early as 480 gear score.

The eleventh Giant's Heart is a reward for reaching the max reputation level from Una's task "Ruffians in the Ground."

This daily quest asks you to kill monsters on Azure Wind Island and takes 15 repeats to max out, thus 15 days. It is a decent main character daily quest, as it rewards shards for each completion.

The twelfth Giant's Heart is a reward from the quest "With a Light Heart," which starts at NPC Atson on Shadowmoon Market island (NW of South Vern).

Before you can access this quest, there are a series of prerequisites. First, you should finish all the yellow quests on the island.

To be noted that one yellow quest callled Thank You, Chipmunk, is hidden, and you will have to interract with the boot located before the raft and then interract with the shining object after the jump to the secret location.

Second, complete an Una's task called Super Secret Materials for a Super Secret Project five times. This is a decent daily for a main as it gives a Solar Grace.

Then you need five achievements, out of which four (I'm the Searcher of This Area, Red Hard Candy, Blue Hard Candy, and Green Hard Candy) are completed by taking pictures of the spirits wandering on the island.

The fifth achievement is a four-step hidden story on the island. Basically, you have to eavesdrop at four different spots as seen below:

Lastly, you need to finish the event on this island, which you can complete solo if there is no one else around.

You will need the following emotes: Cheer, Applause, Pray, and Dance.

Keep in mind that you will be able to see the final quest for the Giant's Heart only with the character you finished the event. Even though everything else is roster shared, the completion of this island event is not, so you might not see the final quest even if you have finished all the prerequisites if this character is not the one who has finished the event.

The thirteenth Giant's Heart is a reward from completing the 35th floor of the Fatespire tower dungeon. This can be done as early as gear score 980.

The fourteenth Giant's Heart is acquired after reaching Trusted Rapport stage with Nineveh on Whispering Islet.

She requires a total of 102200 Rapport points, which is one of the highest needed in game, so a good NPC to use Relic grade gifts if you have any.

The fifteenth Giant's Heart is acquired upon completing the quest "Reinvigorated Giant's Heart", which starts after using an item received as a reward from obtaining the fourteenth Giant's Heart.

The quest asks you to complete the Gate of Paradise Tier 2 Abyssal Dungeon, so if you are at this point or close to it, make sure to leave that week's cooldown for the dungeon available. Alternatively, you can redeem this quest item on a character that has the cooldown ready.

The very important rewards end with the fourth skill point potion at the twelfth Giant's Heart, so the easiest twelve to get are Giant's Hearts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Basically, this is leaving out Nineveh and Sasha.

However, if you have already maxed out your Rapport with Nineveh for the Island's soul or the gold reward, feel free to leave out the Tooki daily quest as it takes 30 days. You can mix and match as you see fit, but getting 12 Giant's hearts is important while above that is optional. The legendary title “Resonance of Soul” gives you 5 wisdom, and the Structure: Giant's Hand Statue, helps when crafting decor items, so it has very limited use even though it looks amazing on your plot.
