Whispering Islet Soul

The Whispering Islet Soul Icon Whispering Islet Soul is a reward from reaching maximum Rapport with Nineveh. As a new player, Nineveh should be one of your top priorities as the rewards are just too good to pass up. If you're unable to start Rapport with her, it's because you haven't completed the main questline for the island, and should do so, starting and ending with Allegro.

As a side note of interest, the Una's Daily Task here, Whispering Minuet Icon Whispering Minuet, has a final reward of a Skill Point Potion Icon Skill Point Potion. It goes without saying, but Whispering Islet is deserving of one of your Bifrost teleports until you've gotten everything from here.
