Capcom has released another free DLC for Monster Hunter Wilds as part of the latest title update, and if you have not grabbed it yet, now is a great time to login and get your rewards!
The “Gesture Set Vol. 2” is available for free and includes new emotes you can use to express yourself during hunts or while hanging out at the Grand Hub. Just like the first set, this is part of Capcom’s ongoing series of free downloadable content for fans enjoying the game.
If you want to see the emote gestures in action, check out this X/Twitter post from the official MH Wilds JP account:
Of course, these gestures are purely cosmetic but fun for players who enjoy a bit of extra flair or co-op expression.
How to Claim the Free Gesture Set
To grab the new gesture pack:
- Head to the official Monster Hunter Wilds DLC page.
- Make sure you are logged in and have the latest patch installed.
- Look for “Monster Hunter Wilds – Gesture Set Vol. 2” in the free DLC section and follow the download instructions.
There is no time limit listed, but Capcom sometimes rotates or retires free bonuses later, so it is worth claiming as soon as you can.
And talking of free content, you can also grab a new outfit for Alma if you are interested in giving her a bit of a different look. It is called the Scrivener’s Coat, and it is also available now as a free download.

This is the second free gesture set so far, and more cosmetic DLCs may be coming in future updates. We will keep you posted whenever Capcom adds new items to the game.
