Monster Hunter Wilds is packed with features to make your hunts feel better, and Capcom just introduced another useful one: the Support Desk! Found at base camps, this handy station gives you quick access to rewards, news, and important in-game tools.
What Can You Do at the Support Desk?
The Support Desk is more than just a menu; it is a central hub for useful services, including:
- Claiming Bonus Content – Grab pre-order rewards, event items, and special gifts.
- Checking the Latest News – Stay up to date on game updates, events, and announcements.
- Managing Camps – Set up, repair, or dismantle temporary pop-up camps.
- Customizing Your Tent – Personalize your camp to fit your style.
- Getting Supplies – Pick up portable rations for campfire cooking at base camps (except in the Windward Plains).
Claim Your Bonus Rewards at the Support Desk
On top of its many features, the Support Desk is also where you can claim special in-game bonuses, as mentioned above. If you participated in past events, linked your CAPCOM ID, or have saved data from previous Monster Hunter games, you can redeem exclusive rewards by selecting “Receive Content” at the Support Desk in Base Camp.
Here are the rewards you can claim:
- Open Beta Test Rewards:
- OBT Play Bonus Charm
- OBT Play Bonus Item Pack
- OBT2 Play Bonus Item Pack (available only if you played the second beta test)
- 🛈 You must be playing on the same platform you used for the OBT to claim these rewards.
- CAPCOM ID Bonus Pack:
- Special in-game items for players who link their CAPCOM ID to the platform they are using to play Monster Hunter Wilds.
- Save Data Bonuses:
- If you have save data from Monster Hunter: World or Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, you will receive:

These bonuses offer extra items and cosmetics that can be useful in your early hunts, so make sure to check the Support Desk as soon as you start the game!

Why It Is Useful
The Support Desk makes life easier by putting important in-game tools all in one place. This is great because it means that no matter if you need to grab supplies, set up a new camp, or check the latest updates, you will not have to search through menus or leave your base to do it.
Make sure to stop by the Support Desk in base camps and take advantage of everything it offers!
