Spring Festival Coming to Monster Hunter Wilds on April 23

MH Wilds Sushi

Capcom shared quite a few exciting announcements during the recently held Title Update showcase stream: Monster Hunter Wilds is getting its first seasonal event, and it is going all-in on the spring vibes. The event is called Festival of Accord: Blossom Dance, and it starts on April 23.

Basically, the whole Grand Hub is getting a Sakura-themed makeover with cherry blossom trees everywhere, special sushi meals at the canteen, and limited-time rewards you can only grab during the event.

Here is a quick breakdown of what is coming:

  • The Grand Hub will be fully decorated for spring
  • New event quests that will reward exclusive seasonal armor, gestures, and camp decorations
  • The canteen will serve up special spring meals like sushi
  • You will be able to unlock limited cosmetics and rewards that are only available during Blossom Dance
  • And it sounds like old event quests might come back temporarily, too

Capcom confirmed this is just the first of many seasonal events planned for Wilds, so expect the hub to change with the seasons going forward. This pretty much sounds like a ‘festival pass’ but without having to pay for it.

So, if you are into cosmetics or just want to see the Grand Hub all dressed up, definitely check it out when the season event launches on April 23.

We will also post a list of quests and rewards once they go live, but for now, you can keep an eye on our MH Wilds news page or the official Title Update website, as well as in-game notices closer to launch.
