Lower City is a Shattrath City-based faction in TBC. Most of the reputation with them is obtained by killing Arakkoa and Cabalists in various dungeons, and by doing one-time quests.

Lower City offers a variety of powerful pre-raid items and many unique profession patterns.

3. Reputation Rewards

Overview

The Lower City is the faction of refugees that inhabit the Lower City section of Shattrath. Gaining reputation with Lower City offers unique patterns for Enchanting, Leatherworking, Jewelcrafting, Alchemy, and Tailoring, and allows access to very powerful pre-raid gear.

Gaining Reputation

Reputation with the Lower City is farmed primarily in dungeons, but you are also able to farm Arakkoa Feather Icon Arakkoa Feathers that drop from any Arakkoa in Terokkar Forest and turn them in to Vekax all the way to Honored standing.

For dungeons, Auchenai Crypts and Sethekk Halls will grant reputation until Honored for mob kills inside of the dungeons on Normal difficulty. Shadow Labyrinth, meanwhile, grants reputation until Revered on Normal and all the way to Exalted on Heroic.

You can also gain a total of about 8000 reputation by completing quests that yield Lower City reputation. These are found almost exclusively in Terokkar Forest.

Reputation Rewards

Nakodu is the quartermaster for the Lower City. He can be found below the Scryers' bank, near a little canopy.
