As a Retribution Paladin, 
Relentless Earthstorm Diamond is your go-to
for your meta gem. 
Bold Living Ruby should be placed in your Red sockets
for the Strength gain which is your most powerful stat point-for-point,
Sovereign Nightseye in Blues to add some Stamina and aid your
survivability, and 
Inscribed Noble Topaz in your Yellow sockets to
increase your Critical Strike chance but most importantly to activate your meta
gem.
