Its set bonuses are:

• 2 pieces — causes your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells to reduce the remaining cooldown on your Elemental Mastery talent by 2 seconds per cast. This bonus allows you to use one of your major cooldowns more often, which is a direct DPS increase and also increase in burst damage capabilities;
• 4 pieces — causes your Lava Burst spell to extend your Flame Shock effect on the target by two ticks. This effect allows you to skip recasting some Flame Shocks, allowing you to fit in more damage casts, such as Lightning Bolt.

You can also buy the Helm and Chest 25-man pieces for 58 Emblems of Conquest each from the new vendors in Dalaran.

Its set bonuses are:

• 2 pieces — increases the periodic damage done by your Flame Shock ability by 20%. This is a minor damage increase;
• 4 pieces — causes your Lightning Bolt critical strikes to leave damage over time effect on the target for 8% of the Lightning Bolt's damage over 4 sec. This is a strong set bonus, and well worth pursuing quickly.

You will want to get the 2-piece and, especially, the 4-piece bonus as soon as possible, and you will not replace your set with Hard-Mode pieces, even when you can get a lot of them.

Elemental Shaman Tier 7, the Earthshatter Garb, is obtained from the following bosses:

• Helm — Kel'Thuzad in Naxxramas
• Chest — The Four Horsemen in Naxxramas
• Legs — Thaddius in Naxxramas
• Shoulders — Loatheb in Naxxramas
• Gloves — Sartharion in The Obsidian Sanctum

Its set bonuses are:

• 2 pieces — causes your Lightning Bolt to cost 5% less Mana. Lightning Bolt is already one of your most efficient spells, and this improves its efficiency further, being a small bonus to your Mana sustain.
• 4 pieces — increases the bonus Critical Strike damage of Lava Burst by 10%. While this is a damage gain, it is minimal, allowing off-tier gear to be somewhat stronger.

You will want to get the 2-piece bonus when you can but, currently, skipping the 4-piece bonus for the best pieces in each slot is performing better in the Wowsims Elemental Shaman module.
