Below, you will find the best-in-slot items for Priest healers in Naxxramas, AQ40, Blackwing Lair, Zul'Gurub, Molten Core, and Onyxia, along with pre-raid items where applicable. Please note that this list avoids using caster DPS items, as content in SoM moves faster and makes gearing casters much harder if healers get DPS items as well.

Tier 2 Set: The Tier 2 set offers a very good mix between stats, great set bonuses and healing power and it is VERY useful for Sapphiron, as it gives your Greater Heals a free renew heal over time.
