Awakening the Machine Tips
The following section contans tips to help you defeat as many waves as you can. Do not forget to use a flask and food before starting the event.
During the event, you will come across multiple types of mobs and each has to be dealt with in a different way.
- Swarmbots — Make sure to aggro them when they spawn. They walk slowly toward Kuldas and have relatively low health.
- Medbots — These bots heal others, make sure to kill them as soon as possible. When killed, they drop a potion on the ground that you can pick up to heal yourself and Kuldas.
- Nullbots — Protect other mobs with a barrier that turns them immune, down them quickly!
- Corrupted Machinists — They will instantly die when you interrupt their cast.
- Malfunctioning Pylons — The pylons cast a beam at Kuldas, you can intercept it by standing between Kuldas and the pylon.
- Explosive Bomberbots — These have low health and detonate when they die so make sure to move them away from Kuldas.
- Automatic Ironstriders — Applies a DoT that lasts for 8 seconds. When it expires, it drops a puddle under you and sends a wave in an X direction. Make sure Kuldas is not hit by the wave.
- Awakened Phalanx — This is a DPS race and you cannot really do anything other than killing the boss as quickly as possible. Having lust and cooldowns up for the phalanx is extremely helpful.
