• If you are not near full HP for Brutal Crush then use Icebound Fortitude or Lichborne.

• You may want to save Abomination Limb for the intermission to gather adds quickly.

• Anti-Magic Shell can be used to run through Stalker's Netting to remove it without getting rooted.
• Use Death's Advance when the boss leaps to the middle to avoid being knocked back.

• Anti-Magic Shell with Vampiric Blood should be enough to let you live without needing to run away for Goresplatter.

• Save Abomination Limb for when you are inside to grip the small adds.

• Grip of the Dead is very helpful for keeping the adds from reaching the boss when you are inside.
• Pay attention to where the shadows of the adds are before going down into the other realm, as you can position Gruesome Disgorge on top of them and let your DPS hit stuff straight away!

• If your co-tank did not taunt after 2x Expose, be ready to use a defensive (or fight your way out of Purgatory).

• On cooldown.

• Taunt after the second Expose has hit your co-tank.

• Savage Assault will apply a DoT based on the amount of unmitigated damage you took (damage to your health bar). Reduce this by having Anti-Magic Shell and Blood Shield active. The remaining DoT is handled by Death Strike.

• Death's Advance to chase the boss in the intermission and ignore all of the slow effects from the webs on the ground.

• Volatile Concoction will deal raid wide damage based on your missing HP when it expires. Get healthy with Vampiric Blood and Death Strike before it expires.

• Save Gorefiend's Grasp for when you are breaking multiple small egg clusters to grip all of the parasites together.

• Keep the boss on top of any Voracious Worms to cleave them down.
• Tank Colossal Spiders next to the boss to cleave them down.

• Use Vampiric Blood and Anti-Magic Shell for each set of Void Shredders.
• Avoid going below 10% HP, as the boss will try to kill you with Reaper.

• On cooldown.

• Swap after each set of Void Shredders.
• Pay attention to where the raid has placed their mechanics and move the boss to the opposite side of the arena to counter the effects of Nether Rift.
• Death's Advance will prevent you from being dragged by Nether Rift.

• Anti-Magic Shell can prevent the debuffs from Takazj.

• On cooldown.

• Death's Advance will negate the slow effects from Web Bomb.
• The Scarabs from Anub'arash can be gripped.

• Phase 1: If you are taking Feast then use Vampiric Blood and Icebound Fortitude or Lichborne for the initial hit and Death Strike strike the absorb shield off.
• Phase 1: If you are taking Liquefy then use Vampiric Blood and Anti-Magic Shell. Immediately follow this up with a Death Strike as Anti-Magic Shell will be consumed and give you Runic Power for it.
• Phase 3: If you are taking Infest then use Vampiric Blood and Anti-Magic Shell and run away. Place a Death and Decay to slow the mobs and run back to the boss and taunt it to save your co tank from Gorge.
• Phase 3: If you are taking Gorge then use Vampiric Blood and Icebound Fortitude or Lichborne. Get ready to Death Strike and survive until your co tank returns to taunt the boss.

• On cooldown.

• Death's Advance can negate the pull in effects from Wrest.
• Death's Advance can negate the knockback from Oust.
