Cyrce's Circlet is a powerful new upgradeable ring introduced in Patch 11.0.7, obtainable early in the Siren Isle questline.
How to Obtain the Cyrce's Circlet?
Cyrce's Circlet is a new upgradeable Best-in-Slot ring available in Patch 11.0.7 that you will receive roughly 7 minutes into the Siren Isle questline. Completing A Radiant Vault will unlock the ring for your character.
Is Cyrce's Circlet Unlocked Account-Wide?
Right now on the PTR, the unlock is not account-wide, but we will update this section after the patch goes live if anything changes.
Cyrce's Circle Stats
The ring comes with baseline Stamina and three empty sockets that you can fill with gems with interesting effects that you collect throughout the isle.
- In the first socket, you must place a Singing Sea Citrine gem.
- In the second socket, you must put a Singing Thunder Citrine gem.
- The third socket is intended for a Singing Wind Citrine gem.

Removing Gems from the Ring
Unsocketing gems is easy. Click the gem you would like to remove and it will end up in your inventory.

The ring starts at Item Level 619. It will take 6 weeks to fully upgrade it to its maximum Item Level 639. Every week, a new quest will become available granting you with a Raw Singing Citrine. The consumable upgrades your ring, increasing its item level.
- Rank 1 — Item Level 619;
- Rank 2 — Item Level 623;
- Rank 3 — Item Level 627;
- Rank 4 — Item Level 631;
- Rank 5 — Item Level 635;

Catch-Up System
When you fall behind on upgrades, you will see Raw Singing Citrine drop from additional sources on the isle, such as Elites and Treasure Chests.
Cyrce's Circlet Boons
Every week, you will also unlock a powerful boon that will activate while having the Cyrce's Circlet equipped. Here is a list with all the boons:
- Week 2 — Blessing of the Seadweller — Gain the passive ability to walk on the seafloor, finding treasures underwater, breathe underwater, and swim much faster while in the surrounding waters of Siren Isle.
- Week 3 — Superjuiced — Gain the ability to activate the TR-06 Pummeler and N.U.K.U.L.A.R Target Painter while in the Seafury Tempest on Siren Isle.
- Week 4 — Cyrce's Zephyr — While Cyrce's Circlet is equipped and you are on the Siren Isle, your spells and abilities have a chance to summon Cyrce's Zephyr which will cast every existing Singing Citrine ability over 3 seconds.
- Week 5 — Thieves of the Siren — Cyrce's Circlet now passively illuminates invisible enemies that attempt to steal the riches on Siren Isle. They are often trying to pilfer Flame-Blessed Iron from the strongest creatures on the isle.
- Week 6 — Wings of the Siren — Cyrce's Circlet now passively allows you to control the winds, allowing you to take flight on Siren Isle.
Cyrce's Circlet Design
