Patch 11.2 provides players with the Reshii Wraps artifact cloak. This begins at item level 694 and be upgraded all the way to 730 throughout the season, this is the only cloak available in season 3 and will not be replaced.

For DPS the cloak has a damage proc that splits between all enemies hit, you can further increase this effect by equipping the Interloper's Chain Boots from The Soul Hunters in the new raid.

The Reshii Wraps also come with a new socket named a Fiber Socket, this can be socketted with a single Fiber to give you a secondary stat of your choosing, the best Fiber to use at any given time will depend on the rest of your gear and the content you are doing but in the majority of situations you will be using the haste socket Pure Chronomantic Fiber.

This patch brings back the beloved Puzzling Cartel Chips, a currency you will slowly acquire over time that will allow you to purchase 3 total items from a specific raid and mythic+ loot table. The item level track for these rewards is based on the highest difficulty you have completed in the season, if you wish to get mythic track raid loot you will have to kill the specific raid boss who drops the item on mythic difficulty, for dungeon loot you will need to time all 8 dungeons on a +12 or higher.

Below is a simple priorty list of the items you should purchase and in what order.

• Voidglass Spire This weapon is tied for BiS and is unlocked from killing the 2nd boss of the raid on mythic, making it an easy unlock aswell as being irreplaceable once you get it.
• Astral Antenna This will serve as one of your 2 BiS trinkets for both SC and FS and is an absolute must, again coming from an early boss in the raid making it an easy unlock.
• Interloper's Chain Boots These boots are unlocked from the 6th boss on mythic and will be the biggest upgrade other than the prior 2 mentioned, the additional 10% damage added to your cloak compared to the heroic version makes them incredibly powerful.
• Araz's Ritual Forge A very powerful trinket specifically for FS, this is BiS in almost all scenarios but the gain over other items won't be as significant as the other items.
• Diamantine Voidcore A strong trinket but it is mandatory to have it paired with one of the cantrip weapons in the raid to activate its 2-set bonus, ideally the Voidglass Spire as without this it is signifcantly weaker than many other trinkets.
• Azhiccaran Parapodia Our BiS dungeon based trinket, very compareable to both the Diamantine Voidcore with the set bonus activated and the Astral Antenna, this is a great alternative especially for those who do not enjoy raid content.
• Lily of the Eternal Weave Our other BiS dungeon based trinket, this time an on use variant, whilst not as strong as the Araz's Ritual Forge it is still very good and a great buy if you wish to avoid raid content.

• 4-piece set bonus FS: Evoker Flameshaper 11.2 Class Set 4pc
• 2-piece set bonus SC: Evoker Scalecommander 11.2 Class Set 2pc
• 4-piece set bonus SC: Evoker Scalecommander 11.2 Class Set 4pc

I'd recommend simming the trinkets listed here when you acquire them as it will not be an ironclad rule of what is BiS in every situation.

1. Araz's Ritual Forge This trinket provides passive Critical strike and an enormous amount of Intellect for 30 seconds on a 2 minute cooldown.
2. Astral Antenna Provides passive Intellect and spawns orbs which will move toward you and grant Critical strike when absorbed, multiple applications can overlap.
3. Diamantine Voidcore Provides passive Mastery and an Intellect proc which has an increased proc rate when you are below 25% of your maximum mana.
4. Azhiccaran Parapodia Provides passive Haste and a proc which gives you a large amount of intellect and deals a small amount of damage over time to the target.
5. Signet of the Priory An Intellect on use trinket that provides you with your highest secondary stat for 20 seconds on use, whilst also granting anyone else in your party or raiding using the trinket a small amount of the same stat for the duration of the buff.
6. Lily of the Eternal Weave An intellect on use trinket that will give you a large amount of mastery for 15 seconds, this trinket has a 90 second cooldown but it functions as a 2 minute cooldown for us.
7. Ara-Kara Sacbrood Provides passive Haste and a stacking intellect buff that also deals a small amount of nature damage over time to the target each time it procs.
8. So'leah's Secret Technique Provides passive Intellect and lets you tether yourself to an ally, giving them a small amount of your highest secondary stat and then granting you a much more substantial amount.

It is essential to note that all of these items have Versatility on them.

I recommend trying Rated Solo Shuffle as Devastation has a high amount of initial burst damage, which is well suited for this game mode.
