Damage Patterns and Ramp Timings
Damage Pattern Type - Variable
Major Damage Sources - Toxic Brand/
Frost Mark and
Unstable Mixture
Overwhelming Barrage, occurring every 40 seconds, could be a possible
ramp location, which lines up very well with
The Ever-Rising Tide,
Power Word: Radiance, and
Halo. In general, aim to ramp for any
period of the fight where a significant amount of Unstable Mixture will be
triggered.

Damage Pattern Type - Scripted
Major Damage Sources - Toxic Spine and
Shock Pulse
Ensure you can ramp for the second Shock Pulse of each platform, as
that Shock Pulse overlaps with Toxic Spine being out. Use Power Word: Radiance
charges to help cover the players affected by Toxic Spine outside of that
overlap. With the Toxic Spine debuff lasting 10 seconds, try to Radiance after
the debuff has gone out and lowered their health, so you can abuse Radiance's
smart application of
Atonement.

Damage Pattern Type - Scripted/Burst
Major Damage Sources - Unshackled Power
Unshackled Power is cast every 18 seconds during Phase 1 of the encounter.
Aim for one use of Evangelism and one use of
Rapture per phase
and ramp for as many other casts as possible, Mana and
Power Word: Radiance
charges permitting. During Phase 2 of the encounter, you can potentially ramp
for the
Gale Buffet casts.

Major Damage Sources - Rippling Wave
Rippling Wave is cast approximately 20 seconds into Phase 1 and then roughly
every 30 seconds after that until she is pushed into Phase 2. The Ever-Rising
Tide should be available for every cast. Maintain Atonement on players
with the
Waterlogged debuff, mana permitting. Little healing should be
required in Phase 2. Try to conserve as much as possible for the next Phase 1.

Damage Pattern Type - Scripted/Constant
Major Damage Sources - Incubation Fluid
Incubation Fluid will cause the damage taken in each phase to slowly ramp up
in intensity the longer you are in the phase. We will want to focus most of our
healing towards the end of each phase, when a large number of players have the
debuff. Desensitizing Sting causes the boss to do less damage to the
tank the longer they hold aggro. Due to the tank having no stacks of this when
they first gain aggro, ensure they do not die immediately before this gets a
chance to stack.

Damage Patterns and Ramp Timings
Damage Pattern Type - Scripted/Burst
Major Damage Sources - Potent Spark and
Form Ranks
Ramp for as many of the Potent Spark explosions or Form Ranks AoE,
prioritizing overlaps of the two mechanics. For dealing with the Repeat Performance
mechanic, if you need to cover large healing with your cooldowns during this
mechanic, try to alternate between
Power Word: Shield and
Shadow Mend
for ramps, as well as placing a cast between your
Power Word: Radiance.
For the burst portion of your cooldowns, try to place a single smite cast
between your other spells. For example,
Schism ->
Smite ->
Power Word: Solace ->
Smite ->
Penance ->
Smite.

Major Damage Sources - Dread and

Ramp for as many Dread sets as possible, as it will be the primary source of dangerous damage throughout the fight. During periods of high stacks of Hysteria, depending on the strategy used, you can also potentially use cooldowns there.

Major Damage Sources - Arcane Mastery and Overload
The vast majority of the damage taken by the raid during this encounter will
be random damage on the raid via Azshara's Arcane Mastery. In Phase 4, when
the console is activated, Overload is triggered, causing raid wide AoE
damage. Ensure you have cooldowns prepared for this. Be prepared to focus
any player that receives the
System Shock debuff as a result of
activating a console.
