Overview
Drest'agath's appendages burst through the floor and attack enemies who enter her lair. When appendages are destroyed, pools of Void Infused Ichor form around their corpse. Enemies who touch Void Infused Ichor bypass the continual healing provided by Drest'agath's Aberrant Regeneration.
In addition to creating pools of Void Infused Ichor, destroying a tentacle partially fills Drest'agath's Agony bar. Upon reaching 100 Agony, Drest'agath begins Throes of Agony.
- All damage dealt to Drest'agath while not affected by Void Infused Ichor will be regenerated.
- Destroying appendages can trigger Throes of Agony.
- Void Glare, Entropic Crash and Mutterings of Insanity are each increased in power based on how many of each type of appendage is active.
- Be aware of which allies are inside Void Miasma, as it will block line of sight in and out of the cloud.
- Throes of Agony can cause substantial damage to all players.
- Void Glare, Entropic Crash and Mutterings of Insanity are each increased in power based on who many of each type of appendage is active.
- If left alone, Drest'agath will begin using Void Grip on random allies.
- Volatile Seed can be used to apply Volatile Corruption to her appendages.
- Void Glare, Entropic Crash and Mutterings of Insanity are each increased in power based on who many of each type of appendage is active.
Drest'agath regenerates extremely fast, healing 11200002 health every 5 sec. Damage caused by players afflicted by Void Infused Ichor can not be healed.
Drest'agath begins flailing in agony, inflicting 39,282 Nature damage every 2 for 10 sec.
This ability is cast upon reaching 100 Agony
Drest'agath harnesses void energy, drawing the target toward the caster and Stunning them for 5 sec.
This attack is only used by Drest'agath whenever he is not actively engaged in combat.
Drest'agath implants a seed of void energy to grow in an enemy, inflicting 71,421 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 10 sec. Volatile Detonation is triggered upon expiration.
Drest'agath appendages that are within the blast are inflicted with Volatile Corruption.
Inflicts 142,844 Shadow damage to all players and Appendages of Drest'agath within 13 yards.
Players hit have all damage taken increased by 60% for 15 sec.
Appendages of Drest'agath hit have all damage taken increased by 60% for 15 sec.
Drest'agath collapse reality around it, inflicting up to 535,666 Shadow damage to all enemies. Damage is reduced the further you are from the center.
This triggers all Tentacles of Drest'agath to cast Entropic Crash.
Drest'agath whispers lunacy into the minds of an enemy, slowing the target until immobile over 5 sec. On expiration Unleashed Insanity is triggered.
This ability targets 3,571 additional target for every Maw of Drest'agath active.
Drest'agath's whispers of insanity become real, inflicting 160,699 Shadow damage and Stunning all players within 12 yards.
Drest'agath launches a beam of void energy, inflicting 53,565 Shadow damage every 0.5 sec to everyone it hits.
This triggers all Eyes of Drest'agath to also cast Void Glare.
Appendages of Drest'agath
Drest'agath's tentacles burst with ichor upon death, leaving pools nearby. Touching these pools will cover the player in Void Infused Ichor and apply a stack of Umbral Aversion.
All damage dealt by a player afflicted by Void Infused Ichor can not be healed by Drest'agath.
After Void Infused Ichor expires, the target refuses to cover themselves in Void Infused Ichor for 90 sec.
Appendages of Drest'agath upon death inflict 17,855 Agony every 1 sec for 5 sec to Drest'agath.
Eye of Drest'agath channels void energy into an enemy, inflicting 28,568 Shadow damage every 1 sec and reducing its movement speed for 5 sec.
Eye of Drest'agath flails in agony blasting the roof, triggering Falling Gore every 3 sec for 9 sec.
This ability is cast upon reaching 100 Agony
Chunks of flesh the ceiling, inflicting 142,844 Shadow damage to everyone within 8 yards.
Tentacle of Drest'agath slams the ground, inflicting 107,133 Shadow damage to enemies in the area.
Tentacle of Drest'agath creates a cloud of miasma in an 42,852 yard radius around it, inflicting 53,565 Shadow damage every 3 sec to all enemies inside. Enemies are unable to target into or out of the Void Miasma.
Tentacle of Drest'agath writhes in agony, ripping a moving hole in reality every 3 sec for 9 sec. The tear inflicts 142,844 Shadow damage all enemies that touch it.
This ability is cast upon reaching 100 Agony
Maw of Drest'agath periodically whispers warnings of betrayal to nearby enemies, applying a 71,421 heal absorb to all players within 10 yards. This ability stacks and if the number of stacks ever get to 4, Betrayed is triggered on the player.
Drest'agath's whispers make you hostile to everyone.
Maw of Drest'agath spits a glob of acid at an enemy, inflicting 71,422 Nature damage to all enemies in a 4 yard radius.
Maw of Drest'agath writhes in agony, releasing random sized rings of spines that inflict 160,699 Physical damage every 10,713 sec for 9 sec.
This ability is only cast while Drest'agath is channeling Throes of Agony.
This ability is cast upon reaching 100 Agony
